A medida passa a valer a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2027 e ser\u00e1 implementada de forma gradual at\u00e9 2029.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Atualmente limitada a cinco dias,\u00a0a\u00a0principal mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 o aumento progressivo do per\u00edodo de afastamento. Na pr\u00e1tica, o pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado inicialmente pela empresa e posteriormente compensado junto \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social. Durante o per\u00edodo de licen\u00e7a, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 permitido o exerc\u00edcio de atividade remunerada.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1v6ff0b\" data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2060\">Impactos da licen\u00e7a-paternidade nas empresas<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Apesar do avan\u00e7o social, a mudan\u00e7a traz desafios para o ambiente corporativo, especialmente na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das equipes e na gest\u00e3o dos afastamentos. Para\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Daniel Santos<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, o impacto vai al\u00e9m da quest\u00e3o financeira.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cA amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0licen\u00e7a-paternidade\u00a0representa um avan\u00e7o importante do ponto de vista social, mas traz desafios operacionais para as empresas, principalmente na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de substitui\u00e7\u00f5es e no planejamento das atividades durante o per\u00edodo de afastamento\u201d, afirma.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1nxxh9m\" data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2590\">Impacto financeiro e fluxo de caixa<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Embora o custo do benef\u00edcio seja compensado via Previd\u00eancia, o fluxo de caixa das empresas pode ser impactado no curto prazo, j\u00e1 que o pagamento \u00e9 antecipado pelo empregador. Esse efeito tende a ser mais sens\u00edvel em micro e\u00a0pequenas empresas, que possuem menor margem financeira e estrutura administrativa mais enxuta.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cO custo tende a ser neutralizado ao longo do tempo, j\u00e1 que h\u00e1 compensa\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria, mas existe um impacto imediato no caixa e um aumento na complexidade dos processos internos, principalmente para empresas menores\u201d, explica Daniel Santos.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"r6da8v\" data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3219\">Regras, penalidades e controle do benef\u00edcio<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m imp\u00f5e maior rigor no cumprimento das regras.
